There are 3 stages to be carried out for polishing of propeller
1- Preparation of surface by removing all marine growth manually
with scrapper and follow by polishing with Surface Conditioning
Disc of Coarse Grade ( Black )
2- After all growth removed, the disc on the Hydraulic Polisher will
be replaced with a Medium Grade (Brown)ones and to polish the
whole surface again.
3- Lastly, Disc of Super Fine Grade (Green) will be used for the final polishing
BSS also use underwater jetting for the cleaning of small and
other types of propellers and impellers
